Congratulations to Voice of Salvation on its 50th anniversary!
It is a great pleasure to be allowed to celebrate this anniversary with you. I do have many warm greetings from the board (of Norea)and from my staff in Denmark. Warm greetings also from KjirkjuligaMissionsfelagid (KMF) – Faroe Islands. Voice of Salvation in Taipei is the organization outside Denmark we have had the longest partnership with – for 46 years we have been working together.
Within the first decade of Norea’s existence in Denmark the partnership with VOS was born. It has been a blessing to work with VOS and the staff of VOS. Our focus in Denmark has been to reach mainland China for Christ.
Technology is changing and the political situation is changing back and forth in mainland and in the relationship with Taiwan. We need to be aware of the changes and use the opportunities when we have them – and be ready for change when the situation is changing. Despite changes in possibilities, technology and politics our goal remains the same: To make disciples for Christ.
I have brought a small gift for VOS – a clock with a small inscription:
“The clock ticks and we live in the moment, yet our focus remains
on eternity”.
It is both a statement and a wish－For us as individuals, for Norea and for VOS.
We have put on a reference to Hebrew 12:1-3:
verse1 A huge cloud of witnesses is all around us. So let us throw off everything that stands in our way. Let us throw off any sin that holds on to us so tightly. And let us keep on running the race marked out for us.
verse2 Let us keep looking to Jesus. He is the one who started this journey of faith. And he is the one who completes the journey of faith. He paid no attention to the shame of the cross. He suffered there because of the joy he was looking forward to. Then he sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
verse3 He made it through these attacks by sinners. So think about him. Then you won’t get tired. You won’t lose hope. - In our personal life and in our ministries – we are encouraged to look at Jesus. He was both the pioneer and the perfecter of faith.
A lot of things can stand in our way and can try to hinder us in our lives and in our ministry：
• Finances can be very tight
• We can lack manpower
• We can lack opportunities
• We can meet closed doors
• We can experience all kinds of problems
-Some caused by our sin
-Some caused by things from outside
-Some caused because I’m stubborn and not flexible
• The Bible calls us to look to the cloud of witnesses around us – those who walked the way before us.
• But first and foremost Bible is calling us to focus on Jesus.
• Focus on Jesus and the goal set before us in Heaven.
It is not always celebration, easy and joy
• Here in Hebrew 12 it says
•“Keep on running in the race marked out for us”
• It’s hard work – but we follow in his footsteps who was the pioneer AND sits at the right hand of the throne of God.
Let us keep on running together in order to tell the Mandarin world about Christ and what he has done for them. We have a calling to help as many people as possible to reach the goal in Heaven. We have a calling to point them to Christ. We need to give water to those who are dehydrated. We need to give energy drinks to those who are running out of strength in the race to the heavenly goal.

恭賀「救恩之聲」五十週年慶！
能夠與各位一同慶祝「救恩之聲」邁入五十週年的里程碑，對我而言是莫大的榮幸。我帶來了來自丹麥信義會媒體宣教中心（Norea）董事會與同工們最誠摯的問候，也轉達來自法羅群島「基督教差傳會」（KMF）滿懷熱情的祝賀。
設立於台北的「救恩之聲」是我們在丹麥境外合作最久的夥伴機構——我們已經攜手同行了長達 46 年。早在丹麥Norea創立初期的十年間，我們便與「救恩之聲」建立了深厚的夥伴關係。多年來，能與你們一同事奉，是我們極大的祝福與恩典。
在丹麥，我們的事工核心一直是將福音傳揚給中國大陸的百姓。面對科技快速變化、大陸與台灣之間不斷起伏的政治局勢，我們深知：唯有保持警覺、隨時預備，才能抓住每一個從神而來的機會。雖然環境、科技與政治持續變動，但我們的異象始終如一：為基督栽培門徒。
這次，我帶來了一份小小的禮物送給「救恩之聲」，一座刻有文字的時鐘。上面寫著：「時鐘滴答作響，雖然我們生活在當下，但我們的目光始終聚焦於永恆。」這不僅是一段話，更是一份宣告與祝福，送給每一個人，送給我們自己，也送給「救恩之聲」。
我們在時鐘上附上了希伯來書第十二章第1至3節：「我們既有這許多的見證人，如同雲彩圍著我們，就當放下各樣的重擔，脫去容易纏累我們的罪，存心忍耐，奔那擺在我們前頭的路程，仰望為我們信心創始成終的耶穌；他因那擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦難，便坐在神寶座的右邊。那忍受罪人這樣頂撞的，你們要思想，免得疲倦灰心。」
在我們的個人生命與事奉歷程中，我們彼此勉勵要「定睛仰望耶穌」，祂是我們信心的創始者，也是成全者。
我們都知道，生活與事奉的道路從來不平坦，有許多事情可能會成為攔阻，試圖阻擋我們前行。我們或許會經歷財務的緊張、人力的不足、機會的缺乏，甚至面對一道道關上的門。我們可能會經歷各樣的困難與挑戰，有時是因為我們自己的軟弱與罪；有時則是外在環境帶來的壓力；也有時，是出於我的固執、不夠靈巧所造成的。然而，正如經上所說，我們當記念那一群如同雲彩圍繞的見證人——那些憑信走在我們前面的人。但更重要的是，我們蒙召要定睛仰望耶穌，將心聚焦在祂和那擺在前頭的天國目標，因為這段旅程，並不總是輕鬆愉快與喜樂的。
《希伯來書》提醒我們：「要奔那擺在我們前頭的路程。」這並非一條輕省之路，但我們所跟隨的，是那位已為我們開路、如今坐在神寶座右邊的主。
讓我們繼續攜手前行，為華人世界傳揚基督的福音，並宣講祂為我們所成就的一切。我們的使命是幫助更多人認識天國的目標，我們的使命是指引他們歸向基督。我們要將生命的活水傳遞給心靈乾渴的人，也要為那些已經在賽道上奔跑的人，在他們疲憊之時，提供屬靈的能量飲料，幫助他們重新得力。
再次恭賀「救恩之聲」五十週年，願神賜福你們前方的事工與道路！
